Ingredients used in CARAMEL SAUCE
• Heavy whipping cream - half cup.
• Butter - 6 tablespoons.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
Method:
Take a large and heavy bottomed pan and put the sugar in to the pan and heat in a high temperature. Start whisking till the sugar becomes liquid then add butter to it and whisk till butter melts and then take the pan off the heat. Now pour the cream slowly and then whisk continuously as it may form bubbles and add the total cream till it gets mixed properly.
