Ingredients used in Cashew Nut Mutton Fry
• Mutton pieces - 500 grams.
• Water - as required.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ghee - as required.
• Slitted green chilies - 4 number.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Curd - 1 cup.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Lemon juice - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
Boil water in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, mutton pieces along with some more water and cook it till meat becomes tender. Heat ghee in a pan, fry cashew nuts in it. Then add slitted green chilies, curry leaves, curd, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, boiled mutton with water and cook it till ghee oozes out of the gravy. Sprinkle garam masala powder, coriander leaves, lemon juice and mix well. Serve it hot with rotis.
