Ingredients used in Cashew Nut Mutton Fry
• Mutton pieces - 500 grams.
• Water - as required.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ghee - as required.
• Slitted green chilies - 4 number.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Curd - 1 cup.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Lemon juice - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Boil water in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, mutton pieces along with some more water and cook it till meat becomes tender.
  • Heat ghee in a pan, fry cashew nuts in it.
  • Then add slitted green chilies, curry leaves, curd, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, boiled mutton with water and cook it till ghee oozes out of the gravy.
  • Sprinkle garam masala powder, coriander leaves, lemon juice and mix well.

Serve it hot with rotis.
