CHEESY PHOOL MAKHANA WRAP

Ingredients used in CHEESY PHOOL MAKHANA WRAP
• Phool makhana - 1/2 cup.
• Butter - 1 cube.
• Kasuri methi - 2 pinch.
• Oil - 2 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Tomatoes - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Kitchen king masala - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Bell pepper - 1/2 number.
• Cashew nut powder - 1 tea spoon.
• All purpose flour dough - 1/2 cup.
• Onion(slices) - 1 numbers.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Cheese(grated) - 1-2 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Heat pan and add phool makhana, butter and saute it.
  • Add kasuri methi and saute it, transfer into a plate.
  • In the same pan add little oil, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, salt, red chili powder, kitchen king masala and saute it.
  • Add bell pepper, cashew nut powder and saute it and keep aside.
  • Take dough of all purpose flour and roll into thin chapathi and cook it on pan on both side with butter.
  • Place the chapati and spread tomato mixture in the center.
  • On it place fried makhana, onion, coriander leaves.
  • Squeeze in some lime juice on its top and roll it.
  • Place it on tawa for few minutes and transfer into chopping board and cut into pieces.

Now cheesy phool makhana wrap is ready to serve.
