Ingredients used in chicken cahew gravy
• Chicken bones with legs - 4 piece.
• Oil/butter - 2 teaspoons.
• Cahew - 1 cup.
• Kaskas - 1 teaspoons.
• Milk - 1 teaspoons.
• Tomato - 2 large.
• Onions - 2 large.
• Garam masala - 2 teaspoons.
• Coriander powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Salt - 1 to.
• Methi leaves - 1 pinch.
• Red chilli powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Patta,lavang - 1 numbers.
• Red color - 1 pinch.
Method:
take 2 large onions n tomato grind them raw seperately n d mixer n keep a side ,den take kaskas n cashew pour 1 or 2 tsp of milk n soak about 10 min n make a fine paste of it , if this 2 paste s ready v can cook easily , n take chicken legs n wash it . Den take a kadai or a yolk pour butter or oil let it to heat n add patta .lavang n saute it den add onion puree n saute it ,n add tomato puree n saute til d raw smell goes,den add all d masalas n fry them without adding water,den add chicken let dat chicken cook n ozes out d water den add d cashew paste n cook them till it becomes thick ,den at last add color n methi leaves whic s dried n serve dem hot with chapatis etc
