Ingredients used in Chicken Chops Curry
• Oil - as required.
• Pepper corns - 1 tablespoon.
• Cashew nuts - 6 number.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Mint leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Tomato - 3 number.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Whole garam masala - 2 number.
• Chicken - 1 cup.
• Water - as required.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
Method:
  • In a pan add oil, peppercorns, cashew nuts, onions, mint leaves, salt, tomato and cook it for 5 minutes and transfer into a blender and make a fine paste.
  • Take the same pan and add oil, whole garam masala, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, chicken and cook it for 5 minutes.
  • Now add water, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, earlier prepared paste and cook it for 10 minutes.

At last add coriander leaves and serve it.
