Chicken Ginger Bar and Restaurant Style

Ingredients used in Chicken Ginger Bar and Restaurant Style
• Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Vinegar - 1 tablespoon.
• Crushed pepper - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Msg - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Tomato ketchup - 1 tablespoon.
• Tomatoes puree - 1/4 cup.
• Red chilly powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Green chilly sauce - 1 tablespoon.
• Red chilly paste - 2 tablespoons.
• Oil - to fry.
• Soya sauce - 2 tablespoons.
• Egg - 1/2 number.
• Corn starch - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Chicken - 500 grams.
• Onion paste - 1 cup.
• Ginger paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Chicken stock - 1/2 cup.
• Spring onion green (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • In a bowl add chicken pieces, salt, cornstarch, egg, 1/2 teaspoon soya sauce, mix this well and rest it for 15 minutes.
  • Then deep fry the chicken and keep it aside.
  • In another bowl add red chili paste, green chilly sauce, soya sauce, red chilly powder, tomato puree, tomato ketchup, MSG, crushed pepper, vinegar, mix this and keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan add garlic paste, cook this for a minute, add onion paste, saute it and add ginger paste, saute it for 1 minute and add made slurry cook this masala for 5 minutes.
  • Then add chicken stock, mix this and add fried chicken pieces.
  • If you want gravy cook this some time, serve this, or if you want dry chicken cook this till slurry is dried and add spring onions, chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
