Ingredients used in Chicken Hakka Noodles
• Hakka noodles - 1 packets.
• Chicken - 250 grams.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chili sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Broad beans (chopped) - as required.
• Carrot (grated) - as required.
• Capsicum (red, green, yellow) - as required.
• Onion (slices) - as required.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 bunch.
Method:
  • Boil Hakka Noodles in hot water then strain and keep aside.
  • Saute chicken pieces by seasoning with salt in hot oil.
  • Then add chopped green chilies, green chili sauce, soya sauce, red chili sauce and cook it.
  • To it add fresh veggies like chopped broad beans, grated carrot, 3 types of capsicum, slices of onion, coriander leaves and cook it well.
  • Later even add noodles and mix well.
  • At last, serve hot with tomato ketchup.
