Chicken Liver Pepper Dry Recipe, How To Make Chicken Liver Pepper Dry Recipe

The more the cooking is kept simple, the better it tastes! So I am going to prepare chicken liver pepper dry with very less masala.

I used to hate eating liver and my parents used to force me to eat it. So one day i decided to remove that smell from the liver and thats how i managed to come up with recipie.

Ingredients used in Chicken Liver Pepper Dry
• Chicken liver - 1/2 cup.
• Onions - 2 no.
• Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoons.
• Pepper powder - 4 teaspoons.
• Oil - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Wash the liver thoroughly and pressure cook (with one whistle) it and keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a vessel, add ginger garlic paste and onion. now add the chicken liver and nicely surface fry it for 10 minutes.
  • Add pepper and salt and mix it well. Then garnish it with corriander leaves.

Note :

  • The reason behind pressure cooking the chicken liver is to remove that liver smell. Some people do not like that smell.
  • With chicken liver left over stock, u can make soup and drink it along with the liver fry.

Tasty Chicken Liver Pepper dry is ready to serve.
