- Take a plate, add all purpose flour, salt, pepper powder mix and coat chicken pieces and shallow fry in oil for 2-3 minutes until it is nicely colored.
- Heat butter in another pan, add all purpose flour and mix it without any lumps.
- Remove from the flame by keep mixing it add milk, cream, salt, white pepper powder so that no lumps are formed.
- In the above oil pan, add onions, french beans, mushrooms, salt and saute it.Arrange chicken in a baking bowl, on its top place mushroom mixture.
- Pour the cream mixture and place it in the oven at 180-degree centigrade for 30 minutes.
Now creamy chicken with mushroom is ready to serve with bread or mashed potato.
