RED THAI STYLE CHICKEN

Ingredients used in RED THAI STYLE CHICKEN
• Coriander stems - 5-10 numbers.
• Dry red chillies - 3-4 numbers.
• Coriander seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cloves - 2 numbers.
• Cinnamon - 1 stick.
• Lemon grass - 2 grams.
• Ginger - 1 piece.
• Garlic - 4 clove.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 4 tablespoons.
• Lemon leaves - 3 numbers.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Chicken - 1 cup.
• Coconut milk - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Take a mixie jar and add coriander stems, dry red chillies, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon stick, lemon grass, ginger, garlic, onion, salt and blend into red colour paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add red colour paste, lemon leaves, turmeric powder, chicken and saute it.
  • To it add coconut milk and place lid and cook for 15- 20 minutes with lid on it.

Now the red thai style chicken is ready to serve.
