CHICKPEA AND CHEESE CROQUETTES

Ingredients used in CHICKPEA AND CHEESE CROQUETTES
• Fennel seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Peppercorns - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Chickpeas - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Mint leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Anardhana powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Chickpea flour - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Paneer(grated) - 1/2 cup.
• Green chillies(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Cheese piece - 10 numbers.
• Oil - to fry.
• Corn flour - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Take a pan and add fennel seeds, cumin seeds, peppercorns and dry roast it.
  • Transfer into blender and blend into powder.
  • To it add boiled chickpeas and blend into paste, later transfer into a bowl and add salt, mint leaves, anardhana powder, chickpea flour and mix nicely.
  • Take a plate and add grated paneer, green chillies, salt and mix nicely.
  • Take small dumpling give a flat round shape with hand and stuff cheese piece inside.
  • On top of paneer coat chickpea mixture.
  • Apply little water and roll in cornflour and deep fry in hot oil.
  • Transfer into paper towel and cut into 2 pieces.

Now the chickpea and cheese croquettes are ready to serve.
