JOWAR ATTA CHAKLI- JONNA PINDI MURUKKU

Ingredients used in JOWAR ATTA CHAKLI- JONNA PINDI MURUKKU
• Jowar atta or four - 1-1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Sesame seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add jowar atta, salt, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, sesame seeds, ginger garlic paste, hot oil, little water and mix nicely to make hard dough.
  • Divide dough and place in sev machine and press chakli in hot oil and deep fry them.
  • Transfer into paper towel and allow it to rest.

Now jowar atta chakli are ready to serve.

hi, i tried jonna murukulu n they r grt. but they are absorbing too much oil and been dripping for 2 days. paper towels are not available to us. can u suggest any other trick in recipe or something..... thanx. Lakshmi
