CHILLI CRAB (IN SAUCE)

Ingredients used in CHILLI CRAB (IN SAUCE)
• Crab - 1 number.
• Chicken stock - 1 cup.
• Chili-garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Soy sauce - 1 teaspoons.
• Vinegar - 2 tablespoons.
• Sugar - 1 pinch.
• Ginger - 1 tablespoon.
• Garlic - 1 tablespoon.
• Oyster sauce - 2 tablespoons.
• Corn starch - 1 tea spoon.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Spring onion - 1 number.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Green chilies - 3 numbers.
• Thai chili (red chili) - 1 number.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add water, chicken stock powder, oyster sauce, chili garlic paste, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar. Mix well and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add chopped ginger, garlic, green & thai chilies, mix well and saute for a minute.
  • Now add the crab pieces mix well.
  • Pour the chicken stock mixture, mix well and once stock starts boiling, close it with a lid let it cook for 10 minutes.
  • In a bowl, add cornstarch and litter water and mix it well. keep aside.
  • After 10 minutes,remove the lid add spring onions, cornstarch mixture.
  • Then beat one egg and add to this mixture into center. Don't mix it. Switch off the flame and cover it with lid. Let it rest for 5 minutes.

Delicious Chili Crab is ready to serve.
