COCONUT DRY CHICKEN FRY

Ingredients used in COCONUT DRY CHICKEN FRY
• Chicken - 1 cup.
• Vinegar - half tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - as required.
• Onions - 2 numbers.
• Ginger garlic - 1 tea spoon.
• Chilly powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric - 1 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Gharam masala or chicken masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Curd - half cup.
• Coconut powder - 4 teaspoons.
• Coriander leaves - 2 bunch.
Method:
  • Take the chicken in to a vessel and add one tablespoon oil, Vinegar & little salt.
  • Switch On the flame and cook chicken mixture on very low flame for 5 to 10 minutes, this makes chicken tender and soft.
  • Add 4 tablespoons of oil into a big pan,once the oil is heated add onions and little salt (Salt makes onion cook fast)
  • Once onions cooked add Ginger & Garlic paste and mix well, let it cook till the raw flavor is gone.
  • Now add Turmeric, Chilly powder, Garam Masala powder, pepper powder, Curd and very little salt as we already added salt to the chicken and onions.
  • Let the chicken cook for 15-20 till it becomes dry, now finally add coconut powder and coriander leafs and let it be on very low flame for 5 to 10 minutes.

Now the yummy dry chicken is all set to serve.
