COTTAGE CHEESE STUFFED PAN FRIED CHILLIES

Ingredients used in COTTAGE CHEESE STUFFED PAN FRIED CHILLIES
• Banana pepper - 3 numbers.
• Paneer(grated) - 1/2 cup.
• Onions(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Red chilies(chopped) - 1 number.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Garam masala - 1 pinch.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/4 bunch.
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 2 teaspoons.
Method:
Slit the banana pepper and remove seeds by using backside of spoon. Take a bowl and add paneer, onions, red chilies, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander leaves, lime juice, salt and mix nicely and stuff inside banana. Heat oil in a pan and place stuffed banana and shallow fry it until it is cooked. Transfer into chopping board and cut into pieces. Now cottage cheese stuffed pan fried chillies are ready to serve.
