CRISPY CRUNCHY SOYA PANEER FINGERS

Ingredients used in CRISPY CRUNCHY SOYA PANEER FINGERS
• Corn flour - 1 tablespoon.
• All purpose flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Paneer pieces - 6-8 numbers.
• Soya granules - 1/2 cup.
• Oil - to fry.
• Red chili paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Vinegar - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Garlic(chopped) - 3 clove.
• Soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Spring onions(white part) - 1 number.
• Tomato ketchup - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take a plate and add corn flour, all purpose flour, little salt and mix nicely. Coat paneer pieces in this batter.
  • Take a plate and add soya granules and again coat paneer pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry coated paneer pieces and transfer into paper towel.
  • To make sauce first take a bowl and add red chili paste, vinegar, little sugar, tomato ketchup,finely chopped garlic, soya sauce, chopped spring onions.

Now crispy crunchy soya paneer finger are ready to serve with prepared sauce.
