- Place the mutton piece in deep freezer for 2 hours and cut into lengths.
- Take a bowl, add mutton pieces, salt, pepper powder, corn flour, all purpose flour and mix nicely.
- Drop mutton pieces individually in hot oil and fry until crispy.
- Heat oil in another pan, add garlic, carrots, bell pepper, salt, red chili paste, vinegar, sugar, tomato ketchup and saute it.
- Add mutton and saute it nicely, transfer into serving bowl.
Now crispy mutton is ready to serve.
