Ingredients used in Crispy Mutton
• Mutton - 200 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Corn flour - 1 tablespoon.
• All purpose flour - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Bell pepper (sliced) - 1 cup.
• Carrots (sliced) - 1/2 cup.
• Garlic (finely sliced) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chili paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Vinegar - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Tomato ketchup - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
Place the mutton piece in deep freezer for 2 hours and cut into lengths. Take a bowl, add mutton pieces, salt, pepper powder, corn flour, all purpose flour and mix nicely. Drop mutton pieces individually in hot oil and fry until crispy. Heat oil in another pan, add garlic, carrots, bell pepper, salt, red chili paste, vinegar, sugar, tomato ketchup and saute it. Add mutton and saute it nicely, transfer into serving bowl. Now crispy mutton is ready to serve.
