Crunchy Vegetable Nuggets

Ingredients used in Crunchy Vegetable Nuggets
• Paneer (grated) - 1/2 cup.
• Garam masala powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Curry powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Parsley (chopped ) - 1 tablespoon.
• Sweet corn - 1/4 cup.
• Green peas (boiled) - 100 grams.
• Beans (finely chopped ) - 1/2 cup.
• Carrots (finely chopped ) - 1/2 cup.
• Potatoes (boiled and grated) - 3 numbers.
• Cheese (grated ) - 1/2 cup.
• All purpose flour - 4 tablespoons.
• Bread crumb - 3 tablespoons.
• Corn starch - 2 tablespoons.
• Oil - to fry.
• Mixed herb - 1 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Crum powder - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • In a bowl, add boiled and grated potatoes, chopped carrots, beans, boiled green peas, sweet corns, pepper powder, chopped parsley, salt, curry powder, garam masala, mixed herbs, grated paneer, cheese, 2tablespoon all-purpose flour, bread crumbs, mix all the ingredients together with a little water to make a thick dough.
  • In another bowl, add equal quantities of all-purpose flour, cornstarch and mix by adding water to a thick paste.
  • Then add some hot water, mix it like a slurry.
  • Now, take the above-prepared dough and shape them into round or square shaped nuggets.
  • Then dip in slurry and coat with crumb powder.
  • At last, deep fry in hot oil and transfer to a plate.

Crunchy vegetable nuggets are ready to serve with tomato ketchup
