Ingredients used in DAHI WALA KHER SANGRI
• Mustard oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Mustard seeds - half tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - half tea spoon.
• Hing - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Yogurt - 1 cup.
• Coriander leaves - half bunch.
• Kher sangri - 1 cup.
Method:
In a hot pan take mustard oil and refined oil. When the mustard splutters add cumin seeds, then add hing, red chilly powder, salt, turmeric and coriander powder in yogurt. Add this yogurt in the pan and let it boil. While boiling add boiled kher and sangri to it and mix it well. Let it cook for few minutes and switch off the flame. At last add coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati or roti.
