DRUMSTICK SOUP

Ingredients used in DRUMSTICK SOUP
• Drumstick - 6-8 numbers.
• Tomato - 1 cup.
• Dal - 2 tablespoon.
• Garam masala - 1 pinch.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon.
• Water - 2 cups.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Take a pan and add water, little salt, drumsticks, tomato and boil it with a lid on it for 5 mins.
  • Strain the water and remove the seeds.
  • Place the pan and add strained water along with some seeds, boiled dal, garam masala, pepper boil it for 2 mins.
  • Transfer to serving bowl and garnish with little pepper powder and coriander leaves.

Now the hot drumstick soup is ready to serve.
