DRY UPMA WITH CAULIFLOWER

Ingredients used in DRY UPMA WITH CAULIFLOWER
• Oil - as required.
• Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Dry red chillies - 4 numbers.
• Peanuts - 1 tablespoons.
• Chana dal - 1 tablespoons.
• Cashewnuts - 1 tablespoons.
• Urad dal - 1 tablespoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Curry leaves - 4 spring.
• Green chillies - 4 numbers.
• Ginger - small.
• Semolina - 1 cup.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Cauliflower - 1 numbers.
• Tomato - 1 numbers.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Take a pan and add oil add mustard seeds, dry red chilies, peanuts, chana dal, cashew nuts, urad dal, cumin seeds. Saute it for few mins.
  • Then add curry leaves, slit green chilies, chopped ginger, add semolina and mix it well. Saute all these for few mins.
  • Now add chopped onion, grated cauliflower and mix it well.
  • Then add chopped tomato and mix it again.
  • Sprinkle little water and salt. Then saute for few mins.

Now serve with pickle.
