- Take sugar and lemon juice in dry pan,heat in ahigh flametill it become brown and melt completely.
- When it is golden brown in colour add water ,stirr gently in reduced flame till the liquid become thick as honey consistency.
- Remove from fire and pour into pudding bowl. In separate bowl add beaten egg,coconut milk,and sugar powder,mix it well and pour into the pudding bowl,close with lid,then cook for 20-30 minutes under pressure.garnish with nuts and raisins.
Coconut milk shoud be thick,best to use readymade coconut milk, Do not use coconut powder,if u use it ,pudding become hard as cake.
