Falooda, is a cold beverage popular in the Indian subcontinent. Traditionally it is made from mixing rose syrup, vermicelli, psyllium or basil seeds, tapioca pearls and pieces of gelatin with milk or water.

Ingredients used in FALOODA
• Basil seeds / sabja seeds (soaked) - 1/2 cup.
• Seviya - 1/2 cup.
• Dry fruit (crushed) - 1 tablespoon.
• Roohafza - 2 tablespoons.
• Kulfi - 1/2 cup.
• Milk - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Soak basil seeds in water and keep aside.
  • Soak seviya in slightly hot water.
  • Take a serving glass, add basil seeds at the bottom as a layer, top it with crushed dry fruit, rooh afza, boiled seviya, kulfi, another layer of soaked basil seeds, roohafza.
  • At last, pour milk in it, place a straw. Serve it.
