Fenugreek Leaves Mushroom Chicken Curry

Ingredients used in Fenugreek Leaves Mushroom Chicken Curry
• Green chillies - 4 numbers.
• Mushroom - 4 numbers.
• Fenugreek leaves - 2 bunch.
• Oil - as required.
• Chicken - 1 cup.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Tomato pure - 1 cup.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Nut meg - pinch.
Method:
  • In a blender add green chilies, mushroom, fenugreek leaves and make a paste and keep aside.
  • Take a pan and add oil, chicken and saute it well.
  • Add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, tomato puree, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, nutmeg and cook it well.
  • Now add ground paste and cook it well.

Serve it hot with rice.
