Ingredients used in FLEXSEED CHUTNEY
• Flexseeds chutney. - 100 grams.
Method:

flex seeds 100 grms red chilli masala powder 1tsp salt 11/2 tsp or as per taste. asafoietada (Hing) garlic 5 pods crushed curry leaves. method: take a pan lightly roast Flex Seeds put them in mixer after they are cool now add all other items in mixi and grind them together. now keep the powder in a air tight container,"
