FRENCH ONION SOUP

Ingredients used in FRENCH ONION SOUP
• Butter - 2 cubes.
• Onions(slices) - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Rosemary - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Thyme herb - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Roasted chicken bone stock - 1-1/2 cup.
• Bread - 2 slice.
• Cheese - 1 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Heat butter in a pan and add onions, little salt and saute, until it is brown in colour.
  • Add rosemary, thyme herb, roasted chicken bone stock, pepper powder and boil it, later switch off flame.
  • Cut bread into round and top it with cheese and bake in oven for 1 minute.

Now french onion soup with bread is ready to serve.
