Ingredients used in FRIED MILK
• Milk - 200 ml.
• Sugar - 2 tablespoons.
• Butter - 3 cubes.
• Corn flour - 50 grams.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Bread crumbs - 1 cup.
• Oil - to fry.
• Cinnamon powder - 1 pinch.
• Caster sugar - 2 pinch.
• Nut meg - 1 pinch.
Method:
Take a bowl and add milk, sugar, butter, corn flour, switch on flame add nutmeg and mix nicely until it become thick mixture. Place wrap in a flat bowl and pour thick mixture and close wrap and keep in refrigerator for 1-2 hr. Remove wrap and and cut into pieces. Dip pieces in beaten egg and coat it with bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil. Transfer into paper towel and arrange in a serving plate and sprinkle cinnamon powder, caster sugar. *Now fried milk is ready to serve.*
