- Take a bowl and add milk, sugar, butter, corn flour, switch on flame add nutmeg and mix nicely until it become thick mixture.
- Place wrap in a flat bowl and pour thick mixture and close wrap and keep in refrigerator for 1-2 hr.
- Remove wrap and and cut into pieces.
- Dip pieces in beaten egg and coat it with bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil.
- Transfer into paper towel and arrange in a serving plate and sprinkle cinnamon powder, caster sugar.
Now fried milk is ready to serve.
