- Take off the peel of sweet potato and cut it into round sliced pieces.
- Now in a bowl, take gram flour, rice flour, salt, carom seeds, red chilli powder, baking soda, water and mix it to make a thick batter.
- Take sweet potato piece, dip it into the batter and deep fry both the sides in hot oil.
- At last, take them out when they turn into golden colour.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
