Ingredients used in FRITTERS
• Sweet potato - 1 numbers.
• Gram flour - 1 cup.
• Rice flour - 1/2 cup.
• Red chili powder - 1-2 tea spoon.
• Carom seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Baking soda - pinch.
• Oil - 1 to fry.
• Water - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Take off the peel of sweet potato and cut it into round sliced pieces.
  • Now in a bowl, take gram flour, rice flour, salt, carom seeds, red chilli powder, baking soda, water and mix it to make a thick batter.
  • Take sweet potato piece, dip it into the batter and deep fry both the sides in hot oil.
  • At last, take them out when they turn into golden colour.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
