Ingredients used in Garlic pepper vineger fish fry
• Sliced fish - 5 slice.
• Apple vineger - 5 tablespoon.
• Pepper flakes - 10 tablespoon.
• Garlic chopped - 5 clove.
• Oil for marinate - 5 tablespoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
• Coriander leaves - 1/4 tablespoon.
Method:

Marinate sliced fish in mixture of garlic (chopped), pepper flakes, salt, turmeric powder, Apple vineger and little oil for 2 hrs. Shallow fry them in low flame using Grill Tawa on both sides of the sliced fish. Add chopped curry leaves, corriander leaves and little turmeric at the last and fry for 3 more minutes.
