Garlic Tomato Dal

Ingredients used in Garlic Tomato Dal
• Tour daal - 200 grams.
• Tomatoes chopped - 1 cup.
• Cumin seeds - ½ tea spoon.
• Garlic slices - 6 cloves.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chilly powder - 1½ tablespoon.
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Heat butter in a pan add cumin seeds, garlic chopped cook it for few minutes till golden in color, add tomatoes chopped, red chilly powder, salt, cook this till tomatoes are soft.
  • Add water cook it for a minute and add tour daal (boiled) mix it and once comes to boil then switch off the flame.

Serve this with rice
