Ingredients used in Mix Veg Multi Dal Adai Cheese Dosa
• Green chilies (chopped) - 3 numbers.
• Sweet corn - 50 grams.
• Beans (chopped) - 50 grams.
• Carrot (chopped) - 50 grams.
• Masoor dal - 1 tea spoon.
• Moong dal - 1 tea spoon.
• Urad dal - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - (1-2) teaspoons.
• Red chilies - 3 numbers.
• Asafoetida - 1 pinch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Rice - 1 cup.
• Chana daal - 1 tablespoon.
• Toor daal - 1 tablespoon.
• Ginger(chopped) - 1 piece.
• Spinach - 1 bunch.
• Cheese - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
  • In a bowl, add toor dal, chana dal, rice, red chilies, curry leaves, water, also add urad dal, moong dal, masoor dal along with some more water wash all ingredients, and drain the water.
  • Then add salt, asafoetida, add enough water, soak this for at least 3 hours (or) overnight, put it into the blender and make a coarse paste.
  • For Adai dosai this batter is blended fine the consistency of dosa batter.
  • Heat the griddle and pour the dosa batter on and spread it. And spread the carrot chopped, beans chopped, sweet corn, green chilies chopped, ginger chopped, chopped spinach, pour some oil, then put the grated cheese, put the lid on and let it cook for some time.
  • Then fold it and serve this hot with your favorite chutney.
