Ingredients used in GINGER CHUTNEY GREEN
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Ginger(pieces) - 1 cup.
• Green chillies - 1-1/2 cup.
• Sugar - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Tamarind(soaked - 3 grams.
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and add ginger, and saute it. To it add green chillies and saute it, later add sugar and switch off flame. Transfer into mixie jar and add salt later blend into a smooth paste. Now ginger chutney green is ready to serve.
