- Take a plate, add pomfret fish long strips and coat it with soya sauce.
- Now, dip this coated fish slices in beaten egg mixture and coat them with all-purpose flour.
- Then again coat this slices in a beaten egg, later with bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil till fish slices turn to slight golden in color.
Preparation of sauce:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil, add chopped ginger and saute it.
- Then add stock, tomato ketchup, lime juice, vinegar, sugar, salt, corn flour dissolved in little water and mix nicely.
- When the mixture becomes thick, pour it on top of fried fish strips and garnish with chopped green spring onions.
Delicious Ginger Fish Strips is now ready to serve.
Note : In this recipe, you can useeither king fish, pomfret fish or even mackerel fish according to availability.
