Ingredients used in Garlic Sesame Seeds Curry
• Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Dry red chilies - 3 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Urad dal - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chilies (slitted) - 2 number.
• Curry leaves - 3 springs.
• Onions (chopped) - 1 number.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic cloves - 1/2 cup.
• Water - as required.
• Red chili paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Baby onions - 4 number.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 bunch.
Method:
  • Grind fine paste of sesame seeds, dry red chilies, salt and keep it aside.
  • Heat sesame oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, urad dal, slitted green chilies, curry leaves, chopped onion, turmeric powder, salt and sauté it.
  • Then add garlic cloves, cook till no raw flavorsexist, transfer the prepared masala paste along with some water and cook well
  • Add baby onions to the same pan, and cook it with closed lid.
  • Finally, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve it hot with parathas.
