Ingredients used in GOLDEN BUTTON COOKIES
• Butter - 55 grams.
• Sugar powder - 50 grams.
• Vanilla essence - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Egg (half an egg) - 1/2 number.
• All purpose flour - 140 grams.
• Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
Take a bowl add butter, powder sugar cream it, add vanilla essence, half an egg, all purpose flour, mix this like a soft dough. Put it into the refrigerator some time. Then roll it out and sprinkle the brown sugar on top and again roll it once, cut them into small button shape, arrange them into baking tray and bake them at 180 c for 12 minutes.
