Ingredients used in Banana Muffin
• Banana (medium size) - 2 no.
• Egg - 2 no.
• All purpose flour - 230 grams.
• Salt - pinch.
• Ginger powder - half tea spoon.
• Sugar - 15 grams.
• Butter - 115 grams.
• Baking soda - pinch.
• Walnuts - 115 grams.
• Baking powder - pinch.
• Vanilla essence - 2 drops.
Method:
Takea bowl, add all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, walnuts and mix it. In another bowl add butter, sugar, ginger powder, salt, egg and whisk it. Add banana mixture, vanilla essence , already prepared flour mixture in the above bowl and mix it well Take a spoon full of mixture and drop them in to muffin molds. Bake them at 190^o c for 15 to 20 minutes, then sprinkle some icing sugar on top of the muffins.

hii chef!!i luv all ur recipes..a request from my side is..please try to tell the measurements of flour n sugar in no. of cups(1 cup,1/2 cup....) also.
