Gongura Carrot Paneer Curry

Ingredients used in Gongura Carrot Paneer Curry
• Oil - as required.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Garlic - 5 cloves.
• Salt - to taste.
• Tomato - 3 number.
• Sorrel leaves - 2 bunch.
• Dry red chilies - 3 number.
• Chana dal - 1 tea spoon.
• Urad dal - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 2 spring.
• Carrot (chopped) - 1 number.
• Green chillies - 3 number.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Paneer - 1 number.
Method:
  • Heat oil ina pan, add chopped onions, garlic, salt, chopped tomatoes, sorrel leaves, saute well, transfer to a blender, grind to a fine paste and keep aside.
  • Take some more oil in the pan, heat it, add dry red chilies, chana dal, urad dal, cumin seeds, chopped pieces of carrot, slitted green chilies, ground paste, toss it and cook well.
  • Now add coriander powder, paneer cubes, onion slices and cook for about 5 minutes.

DeliciousGongura Carrot Paneer Curry is now ready to serve with hot rice.
