Ingredients used in GREEN CHILLY PACHADI
• Green chilies - 100 grams.
• Lime juice - 1 cup.
• Salt - 0 to.
• Red chilly powder - 3 tablespoons.
• Mustard powder - 3 tablespoons.
• Fenugreek powder - 3 tablespoons.
• Oil - 1 cup.
Method:
1. Clean the green chillies and slit in the middle and keep it aside. 2. Take a bowl and add lime juice, salt and green chillies mix thoroughly then keep it aside for 1 week. 3. Now add mustard powder, fenugreek powder and oil then mix thoroughly. 4. Now spicy green chilly pacchadi is ready to serve with rice.
