Ingredients used in Groundnut chutney
• Groundnuts - 50 grams.
• Coconut (grated) - 1/2 numbers.
• Green chilies - 4 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 1 teaspoons.
• Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoons.
Method:
  • Fry the groundnuts in a pan on low fire, without adding oil or ghee. then grind it with grated coconut, green chilies, coriander leaves and salt to a fine paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan. add mustard seeds. when they splutter, add the chutney mixture. stir well and remove from fire.
  • serve with dosas or chapatis.
