Ingredients used in Guisado Nangka
• Jackfruit (chopped) - 250 grams.
• Pork - 100 grams.
• Shrimp - 100 grams.
• Garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Tomato - 4 numbers.
• Bagoong alamang - 1 tea spoon.
• Maggi shrimp broth cube - 1 number.
• Evaporated milk - 1 cup.
• Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Sprinkle salt on jackfruit pieces. Wash thoroughly to remove bitter taste.
  • In a pan, heat cooking oil and saute garlic, onion and tomatoes.
  • Add pork, shrimp and bagoong. When meat is cooked, add jackfruit( langka) and broth. Simmer about 5 minutes
  • Then pour in CARNATION Evaporated Milk. Miz well and let it boil.

Serve hot.
