- Cut the potatoes into wedges, put them in a boiling water cook it till 70% cooked.
- In a mixing bowl add all purpose flour, crushed pepper, oregano, salt, butter mix it well.
- Potatoes drain in a colander and add to all purpose flour mixture, toss together so all the wedges are coated with the flour.
- Arrange the potato wedges in upwards in a silicon sheet or baking tray and bake them in high temperature for 40 minutes.
