Ingredients used in Honey Ginger Crispy Cauliflower
• Cauliflower - 1 number.
• Water - as required.
• Honey - 1 tablespoon.
• Ginger juice - 1 tablespoon.
• Red chili flakes - 1 tea spoon.
• Butter milk - 1 cup.
• All-purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Oil - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
• Baking soda - pinch.
Method:
  • Soak cauliflower florets in hot water, boil them for about 3minutes.
  • Take the starined florets in a bowl, add honey, ginger juice, salt, red chili flakes and keep aside.
  • Now make a medium consistency batter of all-purpose flour, soda, butter milk.
  • Dip the cauliflower florets in the prepared batter, coat them with all-purpose flour and deep fry in hot oil.

Delicious Honey Ginger Crispy Cauliflower is now ready to serve.
