Ingredients used in Horlicks Oats Biscuits
• Horlicks oats - 2 cups.
• Sugar ( powdered ) - 1 cup.
• Butter ( cubes ) - 12 number.
• Milk powder - 1/2 cup.
• Cardamom powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Baking powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Use a blender to grind Horlicks oats to a fine powder.
  • Now transfer this to a bowl, add powdered sugar, butter, milk powder,cardamom, baking powder and mix it to a thick dough.
  • Give rectangular shape to the prepared dough, wrap it with a clean foil and freeze it for about 30 minutes.
  • Then remove the foil, cut the frozen dough block into slices and bake them at 180-degree centigrade for about 30 minutes.

DeliciousHorlicks Oats Biscuits are now ready to serve.
