- Use a blender to grind Horlicks oats to a fine powder.
- Now transfer this to a bowl, add powdered sugar, butter, milk powder,cardamom, baking powder and mix it to a thick dough.
- Give rectangular shape to the prepared dough, wrap it with a clean foil and freeze it for about 30 minutes.
- Then remove the foil, cut the frozen dough block into slices and bake them at 180-degree centigrade for about 30 minutes.
