HYDERABADI SOYA KHEEMA

Ingredients used in HYDERABADI SOYA KHEEMA
• Oil - 4 tablespoons.
• Onions - 1 cup.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Green chilli paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Mint paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Green peas - 1/4 cup.
• Soya granuels - 1 cup.
• Water - 2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Wheat flour - 1/2 cup.
• Refined flour - 1/2 cup.
• Baking powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Tomato puree - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • In a pan add oil, finely chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, mint paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala and roast it.
  • Then add green peas, soaked soya granuels, water, salt then cover it and roast it for 3-4 minutes.
  • Take a bowl add equal quantity of ata (wheat flour), refined flour, baking powder, sugar, oil, water.
  • Make it a dough and rest it for 10-15minutes.
  • Make portions and roll it like roti.
  • Then keep a pan add the roti on it and roast it.
  • Transfer the roti on a chopping board and cut into pieces.
  • In serving plate add soya kheema and roti's.

Now the hyderabadi soya kheema is ready to eat.

if i dont get soya granules can i use soya chunks and mince it???

I'm a big fan of Vahchef, but for this recipe I'm truly disappointed couldn't see the video even after registering , plus it just doesn't show up even when I'm logged on to the account????
