Ingredients used in JAGGERY TEA
• Water - 1/2 cup.
• Milk - 1/2 cup.
• Cardamom - 1 number.
• Fennel seeds - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Jaggery(crushed) - 1-2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Boil water, milk in a tea container and add tea powder.
  • Add crushed cardamom, fennel seeds and boil.
  • Switch off the flame then add crushed jaggery, and let it dissolve completely.
  • Later, strain it into a cup.

Now the hot jaggery tea is ready to serve.

You should not be boiling tea leaves.Boil the spices, add tea leaves, cover and switch off.5 min, latter strain, add Jaggery and have.?
