I love mulligatawny soup, but I am a little confused. How can you have a national soup that not many people know about? It's like saying cricket is England's national sport but not many people know about it.

Yay, my request was granted! Thank you vahchef! This soup has a very sentimental meaning for my father. It was one of the last meals he shared with his father before my grandfather passed away. Thanks to you, I can make it for my dad now and hopefull

Can I use dried curry leaves? I don't have access to fresh ones as you do.
