Ingredients used in Kerala Style Fish Curry In Coconut Milk
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon.
• Pomfret fish - 1 number.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 3 springs.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Cardamom - 2 number.
• Bay leaf - 1 number.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 4 number.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coconut milk - 1 cup.
• Rice flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Tomato (chopped) - 2 number.
  • Take aPomfret fish, clean it, cut into pieces and keep aside.
  • Take a plate, add turmeric powder, pepper powder, coconut oil, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and mix well.
  • Now apply the prepared mixture to the fish pieces and keep aside.
  • Heat coconut oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, toss it, add the coated fish pieces and fry them.
  • Now add slightly crushed cardamom & bayleaf, chopped onions, chopped green chilies, coriander powder, toss it, add coconut milk, rice flour, salt, mix well and cook with closed lid for about 5 minutes.
  • Add tomato pieces, saute it and turn off the flame

Delicious Kerala Style Fish Curry In Coconut Milk is now ready to serve with hot rice.
