• ground meat 1 Lbs.
• onion chopped 1 Numbers.
• vegetable shortening 1/4 Cup.
• turmeric 1/2 Teaspoons.
• red pepper (or according to taste) 1/2 Teaspoons.
• black pepper ground 1/4 Teaspoons.
• garlic powder 1/4 Teaspoons.
• ground ginger 1/2 Teaspoons.
• tomato 1 Numbers.
• green peas 1/4 Lbs.
How to make the recipe:

nbsp;Sauteacute; onion in shortening until golden brown.nbsp;
nbsp;Add all spices and cook for 5 minutes.nbsp;
nbsp;Add tomato and cook for 2 or 3 minutes.nbsp;
nbsp;Then add ground meat and cook for 15 minutes, stirring frequently until almost dry.nbsp;
