Ingredients used in LAMB LIVER MASALA
• Garlic - 10 cloves.
• Ginger - small piece.
• Jeera - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander seed - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Pepper corns - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cardamom - 2 numbers.
• Cinnamon - 2 sticks.
• Clove - 2 numbers.
• Red chilli - 6 numbers.
• Onion - 2 numbers.
• Liver - 500 grams.
• Ghee - 2 tablespoons.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lemon - 1 number.
Method:
Cut the liver into small cube. Grind to a paste with a little water the remaining ingrediants except the liver ,onion, coriander leaves and keep the paste aside. Fry the onion well in ghee, add the liver cubes,groud masala and salt.Cook till the liver is done. Add lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves
