Ingredients used in MASALA ATTA PAPAD
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Chickpea flour - 1/2 cup.
• Carom seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Curry leaves(finely chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Green chili paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Turmeric powder - 1 pinch.
• Water - as required.
Method:
Take a bowl and add wheat flour, chickpea flour, carom seeds, salt, curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chili paste, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, mix nicely. To it add water and make the slightly hard dough, add little oil and knead it. Divide dough into small portion and dust some flour and roll into thin round papad. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry papad, transfer into paper towel. Now masala atta papad is ready to serve.
